Every Apollo Replica replica is handcrafted to order in the European Union. Below you will find everything you need to know about production lead times, shipping, returns, and refunds.
1. Production Lead Times
Because each DSKY replica is individually assembled, tested, and calibrated by hand, production takes time. Current estimated lead times:
- Each DSKY takes approximately 3 business days to build. The total wait depends on how many orders are already in the queue ahead of yours.
- Estimated wait formula: 3 × (orders already in the queue) + 3 − business days since the first order entered production. The live estimate and your future position are shown on the product and cart pages before you buy.
- Lead times may vary depending on current order volume and component availability. We will notify you if your order is expected to exceed the estimated timeframe.
- You will receive an email confirmation when production begins and another when your unit is ready for shipping.
These lead times are estimates, not guarantees. We prioritize quality and thorough testing over speed. Your DSKY will ship when it meets our quality standards.
2. Shipping Methods
We ship worldwide from our workshop in the European Union. Available shipping options:
- EU shipping: Insured parcel service. Typical transit time of 3-7 business days depending on destination country.
- International shipping (outside EU): Insured international courier. Typical transit time of 5-15 business days depending on destination.
- All shipments are fully insured for the declared value of the product.
- Every unit is packaged in a custom protective case with foam inserts, designed to protect the delicate electronics and display during transit.
- Shipping is free worldwide. The estimated delivery window for your destination is shown at checkout.
3. Order Tracking
Once your DSKY replica has been shipped, you will receive:
- A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and carrier information.
- A direct link to track your package in real time.
- You can also view your order status and tracking information at any time by signing into your account on apolloreplica.com and visiting your orders page.
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
4. Returns (14-Day EU Right of Withdrawal)
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to return your purchase within 14 calendar days of delivery without giving any reason. Here is how the process works:
- Notification: Contact us at returns@apolloreplica.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Please include your order number.
- Confirmation: We will acknowledge your return request and provide you with return shipping instructions and our return address.
- Packaging: Repack the DSKY unit in its original protective packaging. The product must be in unused condition, with all original accessories and documentation included.
- Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs. Due to the high value of the product, we require tracked and insured shipping. We recommend using the same class of service used for delivery.
- Return window: You have 14 days from the date you notify us to ship the product back.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the product has been customized to your specific requirements beyond our standard configuration options, as permitted under EU consumer law.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Inspection: We will examine the returned unit within 5 business days of receipt to verify its condition.
- Full refund: If the product is returned in its original, unused condition with all packaging, you will receive a full refund of the product price.
- Partial refund: If the product shows signs of use or is missing original packaging or accessories, we may apply a reasonable deduction to the refund amount, which will be communicated to you before processing.
- Refund method: Refunds are processed to your original payment method via Stripe. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we process it.
- Shipping costs: Original shipping costs are refunded only if the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped) or a product defect.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
We take extreme care in packaging every unit, but if your DSKY arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us immediately: Email support@apolloreplica.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damage and the packaging.
- Do not discard packaging: Keep all original packaging materials as they may be needed for the insurance claim.
- Assessment: We will assess the damage and determine the best course of action, which may include:
- Repair: If the damage is minor, we may arrange for a repair at no cost to you, either remotely (with parts and instructions) or by having the unit returned to our workshop.
- Replacement: For significant damage, we will ship a replacement unit at no cost to you, with expedited production priority.
- Full refund: If you prefer, we will issue a full refund including all shipping costs.
- Return shipping for damaged or defective items is always at our expense. We will arrange pickup or provide a prepaid shipping label.
7. Taxes, Customs, and Import Duties
For EU customers, the price shown at checkout is inclusive of VAT at the rate of your destination country. For shipments outside the European Union:
- The order is treated as an export exempt from EU VAT, so no European VAT is charged at checkout.
- Import duties, taxes, and customs processing fees may be levied by your country's customs authority upon arrival.
- These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
- We accurately declare the full value and description of the product on all customs documentation.
- Customs processing times vary by country and are outside our control. Please factor this into your delivery expectations.
- If you refuse delivery or a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs charges, you will be responsible for return shipping costs, and the refund will be reduced accordingly.
